No issues with this product so far.

I installed this product into the concrete slabs on my new home and other than one cut where a guy got a little too close with a chainsaw, I have had no leaks so far. You do have to be a little careful to not kink the product since the aluminum layer tends to hold whatever shape you bend it to, but this was only when I wasn't paying attention. If you use your hands to form the bends, there isn't any issue.

It is type B (not grade B). The letters A, B and C refer to manufacturing process and have nothing to do with grade or quality.

It has the same pressure ratings as regular PEX tubing, but adds "memory" feature which allows the tubing to keep it shape when bent and therefore simplifies the installation process. PEX-AL-PEX also expands and contracts less with temperature changes, which makes it popular for under-floor applications where tubing is staples to the subfloor.
