Brazetek water to air heat heat exchangers can be used for a wide variety of heating and cooling applications, including:

  • Hot water Heating
  • Chilled Water Cooling
  • Outdoor wood furnaces, boilers, stoves
  • and other liquid to air and air to liquid heat exchange applications

 

Installing a Y-strainer (brass or bronze) on inlet side of the heat exchanger is highly recommended to reduce maintenance and scale buildup.

  • Max Operating Pressure: 360 psi;
  • Max test. pressure: 435 psi;
  • Max Temperature: 350F;
  • Inlet/Outlet connections & manifold: 1" copper (1-1/8" OD);
  • Tube coil: 3/8" seamless copper;
  • Fins: 0.004" thick aluminum, 12 fins per inch of tube;
  • Casing: 18 gauge heavy duty galvanized steel;

Warranty:

10 years from the date of installation.
