1. If you have found a website with a lower price than ours, send us an e-mail with the URL of the product page to sales@pexuniverse.com with subject “Price Match”.
The product must have the same SKU#, manufacturer and must be in stock. Please make sure to include your name, phone number and ship to zip code.
Shipping charges (if any) must also be considered.
Note that eBay listings and auction style listings do not qualify.

2. PexUniverse.com will send you a confirmation letter shortly.

3. Upon receipt of the confirmation, you can place the order online or call us and we will match the price and refund the difference after the order is placed.
