Honeywell AM100-UT-1 Mixing Valve, 1/2" NPT Union, 70-145F

Honeywell AM100-UT-1 Mixing Valve has 1/2" NPT Union connections, 70-145F Temperature Range and Internal Check Valve. This Honeywell Mixing Valve designed to prevent scalding, increase the amount of usable hot water by up to 50 percent and meets multiple industry safety certifications.

The Honeywell AM-1 series accurately adjusts, maintains and limits the hot water temperature to a desired setting selected by the user. It allows homeowners to store water at 140F and higher to prevent legionella growth, but receive safe, comfortable 120F water at sinks, shower or tub. In heating applications Honeywell AM100-UT-1 provides comfort and protects the equipment. Teflon coating of internal valve components prevents mineral build-up and increases product life.
