Honeywell AM101-UT-1 (3/4" NPT Union Mixing Valve) designed to increase the amount of usable hot water by up to 50 percent.

The mixing action of a Honeywell mixing valve can give you up to 60-gallon performance from a 40-gallon tank — it’s like adding a larger water heater without taking up the space. Honeywell AM101-UT-1 Mixing Valve also allows to store water at 140F and higher to prevent legionella growth, but receive safe and comfortable 120F water at shower, sinks or tub.

Honeywell Mixing Valves meet multiple industry safety certifications (ASSE 1017, CSA and IAPMO) and prevent scalding.
