Free Shipping Policy:
Free shipping on orders over $250.00 with FedEx Ground.
Exceptions:
- Sewage Systems from Little Giant and Liberty Pumps;
- Boilermate from Amtrol;
- Oversized products (will be marked as oversized in product description);
In addition, Pex Universe offers free shipping on all PEX tubing and radiant heat manifolds, as well as most of PEX tools, tankless water heaters, Taco pumps and hundreds of other products priced under $250.00
Free shipping policy is valid for continental US only (except Alaska).
Combined Shipping:
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at the checkout, based on item's weight and destination zip code. Products with “free shipping” are considered weightless and do not increase the shipping costs when combined with other items. You can also combine products with free freight with other products to get the order above $250.00 and qualify for free shipping.
To get a shipping costs estimate, use option “Check Shipping Costs” from your Cart or at the Checkout.
Processing Times:
Most orders are processed and shipped the same day if placed before 3.00pm EST.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day.
National Holidays can change shipping schedule and carrier delivery times – please inquire.
Tracking Information:
Tracking information is updated within 24 hours after the order is shipped and can be viewed from your Order History under My Account. To check the status of the package, simply click on the tracking # and you will be routed to the carrier's website with shipping information page.
Insurance:
Absolutely all orders you place at PexUniverse.com are insured against damage or loss. In the event your order was delivered damaged, or was lost in transit, contact us by phone or e-mail and our Customer Service Representative will glady assist you. For details on returning damaged products, please see our Return Policy.
Transit Time:
The following numbers are estimates; actual delivery dates can change due to holidays, weather or stock conditions:
East Coast: 1-3 business days
Central: 2-4 business days
Midwest: 2-4 business days
West Coast: 3-5 business days
Shipping methods:
Currently, PEX Universe only offers FedEx as a shipping carrier. For all shipments, if not specified by the Customer in the order, PEX Universe may choose, at it's sole discretion to ship the package with or without direct signature option. If signature option is required, it must be indicated in the order comments section of the checkout page.
