The Takagi T-K3-OS-LP Takagi Tankless Water Heater is a Propane model, designed for outdoor installation only. This tankless water heater model is best suited for warmer climates and does not require any venting parts, making the set-up process easier and with no additional costs. This unit also comes with a built-in freeze protection. Typical applications included domestic hot water, hydronic heating or radiant heating in small to mid size residential homes or apartments with 2-3 bathrooms. Under normal conditions, this model and can replace a 50-gallon standard storage tank-type water heater.

When compared to a regular storage-tank water heater, installing the T-K3-OS model can save homeowners up to 45% on their monthly gas bills.

The Takagi T-K3-OS-LP model does not require any special venting parts and comes with mounting brackets, a free set of service isolator valves and a pressure relief valve.
