Electric Floor Heating

Electric floor heating systems developed by Senphus are used in a multitude of applications, such as radiant floor heating, ice melting, and pipe heating. The main component of the system is the electric cable, which is made of a single or twin heating conductor, insulation, drain wire, screen and outer jacket. When an electric floor heating system is installed, a sensor is used to monitor the temperature and to send a signal to adjust it as needed. Depending on the application, installation methods of the electric heating systems vary, from laying the cable inside of a thin slab in underfloor installations, to wrapping it around a water pipe in pipe heating applications.
