Tax Information

PexUniverse.com is required by many state and local government agencies to have in its files a properly executed exemption certificate from all its customers who claim a sales tax exemption. If the exemption certificate is not received, PexUniverse.com is required by law to charge sales tax on all invoices.

If you qualify for a sales tax exemption please complete the sales tax exemption certificate and send it to PexUniverse.com's Tax Department via fax at (347) 492-7659 or email to sales@pexuniverse.com. If your documentation is incomplete then your account will remain taxable until all the information is received.

We are unable to accept online submission of sales tax exemption certificates due to the need for a physical signature.
