About PEX Clamps
PEX clamps are also commonly called “PEX cinch clamps” and are pre-formed stainless steel bands with a distinctive “ear”. PEX clamps are used in combination with a PEX clamp tool (or PEX cinch tool) to compress the PEX tubing over the barbs of a PEX crimp style fitting. They come in sizes from 3/8" to 1" with clamp size corresponding both to the pipe and fitting size, for example, 1/2" clamps for 1/2" PEX tubing and fittings, 3/4" - for 3/4" pipe and fittings and so on.
Oetiker PEX clamps are the best on the market and set the industry standard in quality, precision and reliability. They are manufactured to ASTM F2098/F877 standards, feature universal clamp tool compatibility and 360˚ stepless and tamper-evident design.

A: These clamps are universal and will work with any brand of crimp style PEX fittings or PEX tubing manufactured to ASTM F876/F877 standard. Examples of such brands include: Everhot, Nibco, Watts, Zurn and many others.
Q: What type of tool do I need to use with these clamps?
A: PEX clamp tool or PEX cinch tool - both refer to the same, one-size-fits-all universal tool which works with PEX clamps up to 1" in size.
Q: How far away should I place the clamp from the edge of the PEX pipe?
A: When fitting is fully inserted in the pipe, the distance between the clamp and the fittings shoulder (or pipe end) should be in the 1/8" - 1/4" range.

Why don't we show the price?
While PexUniverse.com reserves the legal right set its own product pricing, some
manufacturers require internet retailers to display a price at or above
manufacturer's established MAP ("Minimum Advertised Price").
Since our price for this product is lower then MAP, the manufacturer does not allow
us to display our lowest price until you place the product in the shopping cart.
This allows us to continue offering our lowest prices while staying consistent with
product manufacturer's policy.
This process does not require you to purchase the product - it can be easily
removed from shopping cart if needed.
We understand that this is an inconvenience and are continually working with
manufacturers to educate them on how MAP affects our customers.
