PEX Decrimping Tool is used to remove copper crimp rings from the PEX connections that were made improperly. Features a fast-switch knob for 1/2" and 3/4" PEX tubing sizes. Other sizes can be calibrated with a crescent wrench (not included). Durable stainless steel construction with rubber grip handles.
Everhot PXT3101 model is a direct replacement for Apollo 69PTKD0009.

The EVERHOT pex ring removal tool did what the spec said....it breaks the copper ringwithout any damage to the Pex connector. Useing the tool was easy.Cut the Pex pipe close to the edge of the Pex fitting.Adjust tool with dial to 1/2 or 3/4 inch.Stick rounded part of tool into the opening.Cut Pex ring.Make another cut to help spread the ring apart.Pull copper ring off with pliers.Remove Pex pipe.Perform a visual of the Pex connector.
