Grundfos MQ3 Booster Pumps
Grundfos MQ pumps are self-priming multi-stage booster pumps that are designed for water supply and pressure boosting in homes, cabins, cottages, farms and gardens. This Grundfos booster pump is also suitable for the pumping of rain water and potable water. The MQ series consists of two Grundfos booster pumps; the Grundfos MQ-35 booster pump and the MQ-45 booster pump. The Grundfos MQ-35 has a motor with 3/4HP and the MQ-45 has a 1HP motor. Both booster pumps have a rated flow of 13.2GPM, 45 psi max inlet pressure, run on 115V and can self-prime from a well depth of 26ft within 5 min max.
The MQ series is a complete, all-in-one unit, incorporating pump, motor, diaphragm tank, pressure and flow sensor, controller and valve. The Grundfos MQ booster pumps are compact and easy to install. No space around the booster pump is required. The MQ also features a user-friendly control panel with ON/OFF button and indicator lights for indication of the operational state of pump.
Grundfos MQ booster pumps come equipped with built-in protective functions. The pump has an automatic reset function that stops the pump in case of dry running, excessive temperature or any overload condition. These Grundfos booster pumps have a hydraulic design as well as internal cooling, which make the pump very quiet and suitable for many applications.
