PEX x Copper Pipe Adapters
PEX to Copper Pipe Adapters are used to make a transition between PEX tubing and copper pipes (sweat part of the PEX fitting solders over the copper pipe).
When making a PEX to Copper transition, always solder the copper side first, cool it off and only then connect the PEX tubing.
Compatible with crimp or clamp connection systems.
As with a regular copper fitting, sweat part of the PEX x Copper Pipe Adapter has to be sanded and fluxed from the inside prior to soldering.
