Description

Hydrolevel CGT450-2060 is a 120V low water cut-off w/ auto reset and intermittent level test (ILT), designed for use as a primary LWCO control on steam boilers w/ tankless coil. Burner circuit contacts open after 15 second delay in a low water condition. Delay prevents short cycling caused by momentary fluctuations in the boiler water level. Automatically restarts burner circuit 30 seconds after water reaches the probe, allowing optional water feeder to raise water level above the probe. ILT removes power from the burner circuit and monitors settled (true) water level every 20 minutes (interval) for 60 seconds (duration) for added protection.
Unlike with standard CG450 models, the CGT450 suspends operation of the ILT if the boiler is receiving a call for domestic hot water - this ensures continued burner operation during a demand for hot water.
