Copper tees are used to connect (3) copper pipes and can be used to branch off the main copper pipe with equal or smaller pipe sizes. The proper way to read a copper tee is Side x Side x Center (Top). For example, a 3/4" x 1/2" x 1" copper tee fitting is the same as 1/2" x 3/4" x 1".
These tee fittings are manufactured to meet or exceed ASTM and ANSI standards from high quality C12200 alloy used by leading copper fitting manufacturers such as Nibco and Mueller.
NSF certified for use in potable water applications and UPC listed.
Among plumbing professionals, it is common to use only (2) sizes for straight-through tees, such as 3/4" x 1/2". What this means is that the straight through run is all 3/4", while top (center branch) is 1/2" - which essentially is a 3/4" x 3/4" x 1/2" tee.

Why don't we show the price?
While PexUniverse.com reserves the legal right set its own product pricing, some
manufacturers require internet retailers to display a price at or above
manufacturer's established MAP ("Minimum Advertised Price").
Since our price for this product is lower then MAP, the manufacturer does not allow
us to display our lowest price until you place the product in the shopping cart.
This allows us to continue offering our lowest prices while staying consistent with
product manufacturer's policy.
This process does not require you to purchase the product - it can be easily
removed from shopping cart if needed.
We understand that this is an inconvenience and are continually working with
manufacturers to educate them on how MAP affects our customers.
