Liberty ALM series alarm is universally compatible with sump, sewage, effluent, grinder and all other applications where high water monitoring and alarm is needed. Since this alarm works independently from the pump, there's no limitation on pumps' specs (voltage, amps, etc).
Although ALM series alarm is for indoor use only, the float can be installed in either inside or outside basin/tank. Installation is simple and straightforward - secure the float inside the basin (most commonly - to the pumps' discharge pipe) and plug the power adapter into a standard wall outlet.
A 9V battery backup is convenient and can alert the user of power failure via a horn and integrated LED strip. ALM-2 comes with a 20ft float cord.
Note: this alarm can be expanded to monitor up to (3) pumps (using K001568 float switches) or puddle sensors (K001843) using a 3-way splitter (K001633).
