About Copper Press Ball Valves
Compatibility:
Press side of the valve is compatible with standard copper pipe of corresponding size - any brand (Mueller, Nibco, etc.) or type (K, L, M).
Also, any brand tool can be used to make the press connection - whether it's Miwaukee, Rigid, DeWalt or any other.
Connections:
Besides standard Press x Press option, these valves are also available with transition connections, including:
Press x PEX Crimp - standard PEX crimp connection per ASTM F1807, compatible with PEX crimp or cinch/clamp connection methods.
Press x PEX Expansion - F1960 style connections for PEX-A pipe (Uponor, Sioux Chief, Everhot, etc.)
Press x NPT - either female (FNPT/FIP) or male (MNPT/MIP) US standard threaded connections for threaded pipe, fittings or pipe nipples.
Press x Garden Hose - US standard garden-hose style thread.
